Terms and conditions

The terms for using our website, applying for a role, and using Dev Space, the employee portal and our HR platform.

Last updated 26 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use borderlesswork.space: the website, the careers pages and application forms, Dev Space, the employee portal, the HR platform and its demo. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Some of our work has its own written agreement: an employee's contract and the papers they sign, and each client's agreement with us. Where one of those says something different, it applies instead of these terms.

Using the site

When you use the site, please don't:

  • Break the law, or use the site to harm anyone.
  • Try to get into an account, page or file that isn't yours, or get around how we keep the site secure.
  • Copy the site's data in bulk, or put a heavy load on it on purpose.
  • Upload anything harmful, like malware, or anything you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend access for anyone who does, to protect the site and the people who use it.

Applying for a role

  • Tell us the truth in your application, and share only links you have the right to share.
  • Interview tasks must be your own work, unless the task says otherwise. They're for assessing you for the role.
  • Applying doesn't guarantee an interview or an offer. We decide who moves forward based on the role's needs.
  • An offer becomes an employment only when the offer letter and contract are signed.

Your account

Dev Space, the employee portal and the HR platform sign you in with your email: a one-time code we send there, or a password if you set one. Keep your codes and password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what's done with it until you tell us.

For our employees

The employee portal is where you receive, read and sign your papers, like your offer letter and contract. Typing your name and confirming the statements shown is your signature, and it binds you in the same way as a signature on paper. Each signed paper keeps a record of when it was signed and from where.

Your contract sets your employment terms. Dev Space and the portal help you work with us; they don't change your contract. Keep what you see about our clients and their work confidential, as your contract says.

For clients and their teams

If your company works with us or uses our HR platform, your agreement with us covers the service. Your team members get their own accounts, each limited to what their role needs.

You'll see information about applicants and employees. Use it only to hire and work with them, keep it confidential, and don't share it outside your team.

Connecting Google

Admins can connect a Google account so interviews are scheduled in its calendar, each with a Google Meet link. Connecting it is optional; without it, you can paste a meeting link instead. You can disconnect it at any time.

Google's own terms apply to Google Calendar and Meet. How we handle what Google shares with us is in our privacy policy.

The demo

The demo of our HR platform uses a made-up company. Its people, companies and documents are invented, and its emails are never sent. It resets regularly, so anything you change there doesn't last. Please don't enter real personal information in it.

Content and ownership

The site, its design, the Borderless Work name and logo, and the platform belong to Borderless Work. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

What you give us stays yours. You let us use it for the reasons you gave it to us: to review your application, employ you, or provide our service.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. It may sometimes be unavailable, for example while we update it, and job posts and other information can change.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable, or by services we don't control, like email, Google or Slack. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. When we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
