How we hire your team, and keep it running

Every person we place goes through the same hiring process, and we keep managing them after they join your team. Here's what that looks like, from your first brief to their hundredth shift.

1 · Hiring

From your brief to a shortlist you can trust

Five steps, the same for one specialist or a whole team.

  1. 1

We write the role with you

The skills that matter, the seniority, how many people and the salary. The role goes up on our careers page and stops taking applications once it's filled.

  2. 2

Every applicant is screened for remote work

Beyond skills and experience, each one tells us about their setup: stable internet, power backup, their own computer, a quiet place to work, and whether they can keep your hours.

  3. 3

Scored, with the evidence behind it

Each application is scored on seven weighted criteria, with the answers behind every point, and ranked against everyone who applied. It guides our judgment; it never replaces it.

  4. 4

    Interviews and a practical task

Shortlisted candidates get a video interview and a take-home task. Each of our interviewers marks them on their own.

  5. 5

    You meet them and decide

We compare the finalists side by side and bring you the strongest. You interview them and make the final call.

2 · Onboarding

Ready to work, without the paperwork chase

The day someone accepts, their papers, forms and first tasks are waiting for them in one place.

  • Papers signed online

Offer letter, contract and job description, read and signed in the browser, with the signed copy kept for both sides.

  • Details collected privately

ID and bank details come in through a private form and are stored encrypted, never passed around by email.

  • A checklist for their first days

Each role has its own onboarding tasks, from joining your chat to setting up their company email, ticked off in their own workspace.

3 · Management

A team you can see working

Once they start, we stay involved, so the arrangement keeps running smoothly.

  • Hours that overlap with yours

Shifts are set in your time zone and shown in theirs, so the team is online while you are.

  • Attendance in Slack

A roll call goes out an hour before every shift. Each person starts and ends their shift from Slack, and leads see who's in, who's late and who isn't in yet.

  • Small teams with a mentor

People work in small pods, each with a mentor they can go to.

  • Inside your tools

They get an email address at your company and join your chat, so they work like the rest of your team.

  • Contracts kept current

Renewals, promotions and other changes are dated and on record, and we're told well before a contract runs out.
