Hire and manage your team in one place

Post roles, score applicants, run interviews, sign contracts and track attendance, without juggling spreadsheets and inboxes. We built it to hire and run our own team across time zones, and we're opening it to a few HR teams.

Hire

Hire on evidence, not gut feel

From the job post to the offer, every step and every candidate in one place, with the reasons behind each score.

  • Job posts and a careers page

Post roles with openings, salary and the skills you screen for, or start from one you've posted before. They're listed in Google's job search and close by themselves once they're filled.

  • Applicant scoring

Every application scored on weighted criteria, with the answer behind each point, and ranked against everyone else who applied.

  • Interviews and tasks

Schedule video interviews with Google Calendar and Meet, send take-home tasks with deadlines, and get an alert a minute before each call.

  • Interviewers with their own access

Interviewers sign in to see only the candidates you share with them, and add their own marks and notes.

  • A talent pool that remembers

People who applied before and asked to hear about new roles are suggested for each new one, best match first, ready to invite.

  • One inbox for every candidate

Every email to applicants and employees kept in threads, so replies come back to the right conversation.

Onboard

Offer to first day, without the paperwork

New hires sign their papers, fill in their details and work through their checklist from one link, on their phone if they like.

  • Contracts and letters, signed online

Offer letters, contracts, renewals, promotion and release letters and experience certificates, from templates you edit. Each paper keeps the wording it was sent with.

  • Employee forms

Personal, ID and bank details collected through a private portal and stored encrypted.

  • Onboarding checklists

A task list for each role that new hires tick off themselves, while you watch their progress.

Manage

Run a remote team like it's down the hall

Attendance where your team already talks, records that keep their history, and a place of their own for every employee.

  • Company emails

Give each client company an email rule, and find everyone's address there in its Slack. Clear matches come ticked; nothing is saved until you confirm.

  • Attendance in Slack

A roll call before every shift, Start and End from Slack, and /attendance for leads: who's in, by role, and anyone's month.

  • Shifts across time zones

Shifts run on your time zone and show in your team's, with late starts and early finishes flagged.

  • Employee records

Employment terms with their full history, changes that take effect on a date, and a warning before a contract runs out.

  • Teams and mentors

Group people into small teams with a mentor each. Members see their own team's names, roles and contacts.

  • A workspace for every employee

Each employee has their own space for their profile, signed papers, team and shifts.

Built for people's personal details

Hiring and HR mean IDs, bank details and contracts. They're handled with that in mind.

  • Private files

IDs, uploaded documents and signed papers are stored privately and shown only to people allowed to see them.

  • Sensitive details encrypted

ID numbers, bank details and form drafts are encrypted.

  • Access by role

Interviewers and team leads see only what their work needs.

  • A timeline for everyone

Each employee's history, newest first: what was sent, signed and changed, and by whom.

See it with your own roles
